About Waikanda

We build the AI infrastructure of the global Black economy.

Waikanda is an AI-first technology, strategy, implementation, and education company helping Black-owned, Black-led, and Black-serving institutions transform their operations, develop technological capabilities, grow revenue, educate their people, and build lasting economic power.

Operating philosophy

What we hold to.

Ownership over access

We build systems institutions own, staffed by people they employ, producing value they retain.

Rigor over spectacle

Business cases, baselines, and measured outcomes. No demos standing in for delivery.

Governance from day one

Risk, oversight, and human accountability are designed into the first workflow, not retrofitted.

Capability transfer

Every engagement leaves behind documented systems and trained people. Dependence is a failure mode.

Long horizon

We are building institutional infrastructure meant to outlast any single technology cycle.

Global by design

The diaspora is one economy across four corridors. We operate as though that is already true.

Founder

Jeffry Magloire

Founder and Chief Executive

Waikanda was founded on a single conviction: the institutions that own their intelligence systems will own the next economy. Access to models is no longer a differentiator. Ownership of the systems, the data, the workflows, and the resulting economics is.

The firm exists to make that ownership achievable for institutions that have historically been sold tools instead of capability — through strategy that is accountable to a business case, implementation that reaches production, education that transfers capability, and coordination that compounds across the diaspora.

AI. Ownership. Legacy.

Build with an institution that measures itself the way you do.
