Waikanda was founded on a single conviction: the institutions that own their intelligence systems will own the next economy. Access to models is no longer a differentiator. Ownership of the systems, the data, the workflows, and the resulting economics is.
The firm exists to make that ownership achievable for institutions that have historically been sold tools instead of capability — through strategy that is accountable to a business case, implementation that reaches production, education that transfers capability, and coordination that compounds across the diaspora.
